That's right. Every time Dexter tries to make a connection, things go bad, for him and the others. Lila. Miguel. Trinity. Even Rita, eventually and especially Rita. Lumen. All dragging him along from one mess to another, overcomplicating his already overcomplicated poor excuse of a life, dying in the process. Often horribly. Now it's Deb. And yet, he never learns. But then again, does anyone?

Except he's supposed to be a psychopath bereft of all that's human. Sure hope they will finally explain it somehow; although I guess you can't expect much when they don't care where liver is in human body. Anyway, here it comes; slap! Dexter gets another scar.

Also, Dr. Vogel is proving to be one Nazi bitch. Probably conditioning psychos on purpose and unleashing them on good and clean American citizens. For science. You monster. She's the root of all evil in the season (and all the series, in broader sense), mark my words. Or maybe don't. I can be wrong.

Now is this Yikes fella kidnapping that girl, Jaime's Jamie's friend? It's the Chekhov's gun right there, and we wouldn't want to put Harrison at risk again so soon, would we. Not to mention he doesn't fit our guy's MO.
